DataMan 8072V series verifiers are packed with technology and software to grade even the most difficult codes quickly and reliably. High-speed location and decoding capabilities combined with robust grading algorithms provide fast, accurate, and repeatable results.
The DataMan Setup Tool calculates an overall grade based on several quality parameters such as symbol contrast, modulation, pattern damage, decodability, and more. Detailed results show whether codes meet industry standards and auto-generated reports can be used to demonstrate compliance, as well as help pinpoint printing and process control issues.
Complete accessory kit for optimal focus and accuracy
Verifier stand: An optional stand accessory with adjustable height provides added flexibility when working with oddly shaped parts.
Calibration card: A basic calibration card with a data matrix symbol is included with the DataMan 8072V verifier. A calibration card with conformance symbols is available to purchase separately. The type of calibration card you need depends on your specific industry requirements.
Standoff: A removable standoff accessory ensures a fixed working distance, so the verifier remains in focus.
