Auto-generate code quality data and reports

Barcode verification software delivers visual diagnostics to pinpoint isolated or recurring code quality issues. It assigns an overall grade to a code based on measurements of ISO-defined quality parameters and generates an official quality report. These parameters measure several factors that affect a barcode reader’s ability to identify and decipher a code, maximizing read rate performance throughout the supply chain.

Calibration Cards: A basic calibration card with a data matrix symbol is included with DataMan 475V, and a conformance calibration card is available to purchase separately. The type of calibration card needed depends on the industry. Cards expire two years from the issue date.

Validation Protocol: Designed for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, the Cognex Validation Protocol allows you to use virtually all the functions of your barcode verifier and its software settings and options. It includes hundreds of test barcodes, each designed to test specific operational characteristics of the verifier.
