Moritex Standard Lighting

What is voltage-driven lighting?

Voltage-driven lighting uses a constant voltage control system. This design ensures that the voltage supplied to the LEDs remains stable, regardless of fluctuations in current. This design is common in industrial lighting systems, like standard Moritex lighting, which are 24V DC-driven and compatible with standard industrial power supplies. Voltage-driven systems are known for their reliability, ease of integration, and consistent performance in various manufacturing applications.

Bright-field vs. Dark-field lighting: What’s the difference?

What is bright-field lighting? Bright-field illumination shines direct or slightly-angled light onto the object under inspection, causing defects to appear dark against a bright surface. It is ideal for inspecting non-reflective objects.

What is dark-field lighting? Dark-field lighting directs glancing light across the object, highlighting surface irregularities such as scratches or imperfections. It is especially suited for shiny parts that can be washed out under bright-field illumination.
