Line scan and area scan image options for different application requirements
In-Sight 9902L Line Scan
Designed for inspecting large, cylindrical, or continuously moving objects, this line scan vision system captures 2,000 pixels per line and delivers 32MP images for highly detailed inspections. Each pixel line is acquired at a scan rate of 15us scan to match high-speed production requirements. With the ability to inspect with just a narrow view, this In-Sight 9000 model is ideal for installations with limited field of view or mounting space.
In-Sight 9912 Area Scan
Available in both monochrome and color models, this area scan vision system is designed for inspecting large, stationary parts. With 12MP resolution, this system captures detailed images for high-accuracy measurements and inspections, while maintaining a wide field of view.
In-Sight Explorer Software
The In-Sight 9000 vision system uses In-Sight Explorer software to set up and monitor machine vision inspections, which offers two training environments: EasyBuilder and spreadsheet.
Simple setup with the EasyBuilder interface
EasyBuilder features an intuitive point-and-click interface that guides users step-by-step through the setup process. This allows quick configuration of vision applications without requiring any programming.
Complete control with the spreadsheet interface
For more complex tasks, the In-Sight spreadsheet delivers advanced vision tools and communication options for greater control. This interface combines programming flexibility for essential adjustments with the adaptability to meet evolving application needs.
