Overview
Students will learn to use advanced tools and those tools recently added to the spreadsheet environment. The spreadsheet interface requires some programming and uses intuitive application building enabling students to focus on solving their application quickly and effectively while taking advantage of the latest and greatest available through the spreadsheet.

Objectives
At the end of this training event, participants will be able to:
- Create a Custom View in a job, including Status indicators, vision analysis results, and a button to control the region of the Histogram tool
- Perform N-Point linear calibration and grid-based Non-Linear calibration
- Determine which of the four Edge Inspection Tools to use when planning your job
- Configure and apply the Bead Inspection Tool to solve challenging applications
- Format an OCRMax Tool to read characters
- Analyze the results returned from the Read ID Max tool
- Demonstrate the use of Color Tools to solve an application
- Describe how Image Tools are used and give some examples
- Create an In-Sight JavaScript program and configure its output in the spreadsheet
