It also enables the ability to combine traditional Cognex rules-based vision tools (like PatMax Redline) and deep learning tools in the same job, leading to quicker deployments. Since In-Sight ViDi requires vastly smaller image sets and shorter training and validation periods than other deep learning solutions, applications are quick and easy to set up, teach, and deploy.

Objectives
At the end of this training event, participants will be able to:
- List the software and hardware requirements in oder to develop and deploy an In-Sight ViDi vision application.
- Utilize the ViDiDetect or ViDi Analyze Unsupervised tool to solve different applications involving anomalies on parts.
- Set up the ViDi Analyze Supervised tool for defect detection, and understand the different use cases for Supervised and Unsupervised modes.
- Configure and use the ViDiCheck tool, and understand related labelling and marking.
- Demonstrate how to create a Regex Model to solve a ViDiRead application.
- Classify tags with ViDiGreen tool for many classes.
- Set up vision application inving multiple rule-based and ViDi tools (tool chining).

Prerequisite
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Windows® environment.
- In-Sight Vision Suite Spreadsheet Standard training or equivalent working knowledge.
- Students attending live online sessions will use TeamViewer to remotely control Cognex workstations in our training centers. Cognex will provide a valid business license for TeamViewer. Customers must ensure the software is allowed by their IT departments.
- Students attending the on-demand program (self paced) will need a valid In-Sight ViDi license. If you don't have one, we recommend reaching out to your local Cognex sale representative.
- Students attending the on-demand program (self paced) will need a compatible NVIDIA® GPU.
