Overview
VisionPro Essentials is a short, self-paced introduction to Cognex VisionPro and the fundamentals of PC-based machine vision. The course explores the key components of a PC-based vision system, the roles of cameras and computers, and the differences between PC-based and smart-camera architectures. Learners are introduced to the QuickBuild interface, how jobs are organized, and the workflow used to create and evaluate inspections. The course also covers foundational VisionPro tools, including PatMax and Classify, and demonstrates how they are used to locate parts, stabilize inspections, inspect features, and review results.
