Presence/Absence Detection
Accurate item presence/absence detection is key in both the ship sorter and in processes that use totes or trays. The In-Sight 2800 Detector can be trained to detect the most challenging objects on varying backgrounds, even in low-contrast scenarios.
Automated Sortation
Inbound/outbound processes often require sortation, even when barcodes are missing or damaged. The In-Sight 2800 Detector can be trained on any number of packaging types to sort and route packages correctly.
Process Issue Detection
The In-Sight 2800 Detector is flexible enough to be trained in a range of process detection issues. For example, it can be trained to detect items in the bellow of a cross-belt sorter, where items can be lost or cause equipment damage. The Detector can also be used to detect process issues like conveyor jams.
